Who we are

Information we collect

We collect information you provide voluntarily through our enquiry and opportunity submission forms — including name, firm, role, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method and the details of your enquiry. We also record the page from which your enquiry was submitted, the date and time of submission, and a limited technical record (such as a truncated IP address) used solely to prevent automated abuse of our forms.

How we use and store enquiry information

When you submit a form, your enquiry is stored securely in our private enquiry database, hosted on our behalf within the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Access is restricted to GG Partners and is not available to website visitors or any public interface. Each enquiry is given a unique reference number so that we can trace our correspondence with you.

We also send two emails when you submit a form: an internal notification to GG Partners, and a confirmation to the email address you provide. Information you submit is used only to respond to your enquiry, to consider any opportunity you share with us, and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

Confidentiality

Enquiries from business owners, advisers and capital partners are treated confidentially. Details are not shared beyond GG Partners without your agreement.

Retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and thereafter in line with our record-keeping obligations.

Your rights
